Lumitekk is a developing company, seeking to expand in the fast-evolving genetics and bioscience industry. To help achieve this goal, Lumitekk is searching for qualified candidates in the following areas: Position: Marketing B.S. in physical or biological science. Must be self-driven with ability to aggressively evaluate and target new markets. Excellent communication skills a must. Any marketing or solicitation experience a plus. Experience with software and graphics programs a plus. Position may require product manufacturing or assembly. Knowledge of basic laboratory protocol with attention to detail a plus.
Position: Scientist 1 Ph.D. level The highly motivated candidate will conduct research and development of new products for the rapidly developing fields such as PCR, RT-PCR, DNA sequencing, and DNA purification. Expertise and experience in one or all of these fields a must. Make effective contributions to product planning, direction etc. Ability to collaborate with scientists from other companies to evaluate competitive technology and develop marketing strategies is a plus. Duties may also include assay, routine quality control of production lots and some manufacturing.
